The problem is – hardly any schools teach this!
As the only kids organ donation, health and wellbeing education programme of its kind, the Orgamites are here to change all that – breathing new life and lightness into kids’ awareness and appreciation of their health and organs
Around the world, there’s a critical shortage of life-saving organs, especially for children. In fact, kids tend to wait two and a half times longer than adults.
Education is key to addressing young people’s concerns about organ and tissue donation. It can help them feel empowered to talk about donation with their families and equip them to make informed choices in the future.
That’s where teachers (and parents) come in. Together with our tried-and-tested educational resources, you can help us turn back the tide, one class and conversation at a time.
In addition to our foundational mission to increase understanding of how their bodies work and the importance of organ and tissue donation, the programme simultaneously aims to help address some of the most critical health crises facing the next generation (as identified by the World Health Organisation and other leading health bodies).
Meaningfully addressing these concerns will require an unprecedented collective effort—with all of us (teachers, healthcare professionals, policy makers, parents and guardians) working together for the sake of the next generation.

The Orgamites programme was created in 2012 by Roydon Turner in the United Kingdom before being formalised in 2016. The programme is managed by the Community Interest Company, All Good Co.

All Good Co. promotes sharing resources among poorer communities to keep Orgamites affordable and accessible for all teachers. This approach ensures the best value for everyone and helps make Orgamites self-sufficient.
We also explore commercial media and products through mainstream platforms to generate revenue for the programme’s sustainability.
